2012I hope 2012 is off to a great start for you! It’s been a quiet start to the year for me which has been good…last year was rather full on, so I’ll be quite happy if this year’s a bit quieter :).

Anyway, to help make 2012 your best year ever, I’ve just finished writing a free, 22-page report which is a detailed, behind the scenes look at 4, profitable niche sites…

You’ll discover an in depth, step by step analysis (complete with the site URLS) of:

Site #1 – An Adsense site making over $1,500/month
Site #2 – An eCommerce site (based on drop shipping) grossing
$7,163 a month!
Site #3 – An Information Marketing site making $2,700 a month
Site #4 – An Australian directory site making $5,080 a month

These sites cover a wide range of niches, plus at the end of each, in-depth analysis, you’ll find basic details of even more, profitable sites that you can analyse yourself…in fact all up, you’ll find the details for 17 very profitable sites (amking $900 to $45,000 each month) & that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

For starters we break down the site and have a look at how much it’s earning, where it’s earnings are coming from, what it’s main keywords are and it’s main sources of traffic. Then, we take a closer look at how the site could be further improved on, what markets the owner (or even yourself) could expand into next to increase the profits, how to generate more traffic to it and more.

This report will provide you with an absolute wealth of ideas that you can use to start up your own new sites, which you know will be profitable as you’ll be building them on a proven, profit system or even to improve on the profitability of your own sites!

The number 1 thing to remember when you getting started with internet marketing, is don’t try to re-invent the wheel…look at what other successful sites are doing & piggyback on their success.

Now I’m not saying copy everything they’re doing, word for word etc., but you can use it as an amazing source of new ideas for niches that have already proven to be profitable!

So take some action today!

Yes, it really is that simple! Even if you hated algebra in school, I’m sure you’ll be able to work with this success formula.

I’m going to show you how by following this simple, step-by-step system, anyone can build their own, successful online business. It doesn’t matter what kind of internet business you have – an ecommerce store, a web service, an information marketing site, a blog, an affiliate site or an Adsense site – the same formula for success still applies.

So what do all the random looking letters in the title mean? Good question, I’ll go through them now!

PN = Profitable Niche

The first step in the formula is to find yourself a profitable niche market. Perhaps a better way of describing it would be a hungry niche market.

Some of the most profitable niches online, are those were people have a problem that they’re desperate for a solution to. If you can give them the solution, they’ll buy your product!

A great way to decide whether or not it’s a hot niche, is to ask yourself, does this problem keep people awake at night?

If the answer’s yes, then you’re probably on a winner!

A few good example of some hot, ‘desperate’ niches include:

  • Acne
  • Weight Loss
  • Save Marriage
  • Make Money Online
  • Health Cures

Another profitable market is those people who have an interest that they are truly passionate about. If you can supply them with a product or information that feeds their passion…they’ll buy!

Some of the bigger, truly passionate niches include:

  • Golf
  • Fishing
  • Video gaming
  • Pretty much any expensive hobby!

T = Traffic

Now I was almost going to make this TT for Targeted Traffic but I thought it would just be too many letters!

A good rule of thumb with any online business is:

Traffic = Money

So it stands to reason that the more targeted traffic you get, the more money you’ll make!

It’s no good starting up an internet business, and just buying 10,000 visits to your site for $20…because you won’t make a cent. The traffic isn’t targeted & they’re simply not interested in what you have to offer.

You need targeted traffic that really is interested in what you have to sell or say before you will make any money.

How Do You Get This Traffic?

There’s many different techniques you can use, but personally I recommend concentrating on 1 or 2 effective methods initially and really mastering them before you try anything else.

So many people start on one traffic method, then decide after a few weeks that it’s not really working the way they want it to and move onto something else. By the end of 6 months, they’ve tried a dozen or so different methods…& are still only getting 20 visitors a day to their site.

Focus on 1 or 2 traffic generation methods and become an expert at driving masses of traffic with them before moving onto something else and you’ll have a lot more success.

There’s a bit of overlap between some of the traffic strategies I’ve listed below – several of them use some of the same steps – but in general, these are some of the most effective techniques.

  • Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising – You only pay when someone clicks on your ad, eg. Google Adwords
  • Pay Per View (PPV) or Cost Per View (CPV) – You pay each time your ad is displayed. Can be incredibly effective but it’s also very easy to blow a lot of money quickly if you don’t know what you’re doing.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – Good rankings in Google…the ultimate source of free traffic.
  • Affiliate Programs – Set up an affiliate program for your site and encourage other people to promote it.
  • Article Marketing – Over the last 12 months or so, the effectiveness of the traditional form of article marketing has declined, but at the same time, that’s opened up many new doors for those who stick with it to really prosper.

Simply submitting your articles to a selection of article marketing directories like EzineArticles, GoArticles, ArticlesBase, IdeaMarketers, Amazines etc., & sitting back waiting for the traffic to come in doesn’t work too well anymore.

But here’s a way you can really turbo-charge your article marketing success.

Advanced article syndication.

What you really need to do, is get your articles from the pages of the article directories and onto other blogs and websites that are in your own niche. Not only does this help with your search engine rankings, but also you’ll benefit from direct traffic.

Many other website owners can’t be bothered or don’t have the time to write articles of their own and are looking for people to supply them with quality, fresh content. You can find these sites by doing a quick search on Google for:

“add an article” + your niche, “submit an article” + your niche, “submit your article” + your niche etc.

There are other effective traffic techniques out there as well, but these ones above are all able to provide you with enough targeted traffic for you to build a six-figure a year business!

LB = List Building

This one, vital step is so often ignored by many new internet marketers…but ignore it at your peril! You’re throwing away literally thousands of dollars in lost sales by not building a list from day 1.

As you grow your business, your list will become one of your most important assets and an almost instantaneous source of traffic. Send out an email with some information or a promotion and you get traffic to your site.

It really isn’t that hard to do, so there’s no excuses.

The vast majority of people who visit your site won’t buy from you the first time. It takes up to 6 or 7 contacts from a business before they’ll buy!

This is why the list is so incredibly powerful. When they visit your site for the first time and don’t buy anything, instead of losing them forever when they leave, if you have an enticing sign up offer and they’ve left their email address you can follow up with them over the coming weeks and months.

The chances are very good that they’ll end up buying…if you didn’t have their email address, that would have been a sale lost forever!

How do You Get People to Sign Up?

Provide them with an enticing freebie in return for them leaving their name and email address.

Make sure it’s something that’s really good, something that people would be willing to pay for. You want people to feel good about leaving you their email address and not like it was a waste of time.

Then, keep on providing your subscribers with amazing value in your emails so they keep opening them. Try to send out at least 1 or 2 purely informational emails for every promotional email that you send.

The best way to actually get people to leave their emails, is through the use of a squeeze page…a page where they can either leave their email or leave the page (by closing their browser or hitting the back button). The squeeze page has no other links on it, reducing people’s options.

However, you can install a simple opt-in form in the sidebar of your blog or website. Though not as effective, you’ll still get some sign ups.

As far as managing your list goes, I’d recommend you sign up with one of the email marketing service providers like:

They can provide you with everything to make your email marketing campaigns a success – from the form that goes on your site to handling spam complaints.

ST = Split Testing

Test everything you do on your site. The tiniest little changes can have a massive impact on your sign up rates, sales conversions and everything else!

Just make sure you only change one thing at a time. If you make more than one change, you won’t actually know for sure what change altered your results!

Google Analytics & Google’s Website Optimiser are 2 great free tools you can use for split testing if you have an Adwords acccount (free to sign up), but some other useful paid ones include:

D = Determination…& Hard Work

While running an internet business can be a great lifestyle option and offer you a lot of flexibility once it’s up and running, getting it going takes a lot of hard work and determination.

There’s one thing I can guarantee…you will ‘fail’ at some stage.

A new site you launched, thinking it would make 6-figures, only makes 1 sale.

…But it’s how you look at these ‘failures’ that really matters. Learn from them, look at why they happened and then keep on pushing!

So many people aren’t successful at internet marketing because they gave up when their first site or money making venture didn’t quite go as planned. Instead of knuckling down, learning from their mistakes and keeping going, they threw their hands up and decided this whole make money online idea must be one load of bull&%$@, and quit.

Well, you know something?

Quitters NEVER Win and Winners NEVER Quit

I’m not sure who said that, but it is 100% true :) .

Keep plugging away. If something doesn’t work the first time, stop, look at what you’ve done, make a few changes and try again!

So there it is, it really is that simple. Making money online is not a difficult or complex process, it’s just a matter of following a very simple system…& not giving up!
